Workgroup Legal is the only GC event run by actual GCs. We provide a venue and coffee, but the GCs themselves run discussion groups for one another. All in a super relaxed, sales-free, informal environment. The discussion groups - workgroups - are all hour-long sessions facilitated by GCs, which is why everyone calls this event "GC group therapy."

Nicola is taking over the North (for GCs!). Her love for science led her to earn a genetics degree but her passion for people has taken her on a global adventure - from my home country, SA to Portugal, the US and now the UK! When she's not chatting to GCs, Nicola is usually surfing, up a mountain or lost in a good book!

Charlotte Hudson

Charlotte loves all things ops! She began her legal career in 2003 and has had experience of a range of areas with a particular interest in immigration and asylum work. Having made the decision to move away from legal practice, Charlotte worked in the not for profit sector focusing on the operational and regulatory side of the organisation before moving into legal events.

I run Workgroup. Less than three wee years ago I organised my first event for General Counsel in London, with the mad idea that I'd get the GCs themselves to run the event for me.
Aside from growing the Workgroup team to offer events for CPOs, CMOs and soon CFOs, I don't shut up about travel. Ask me about the 17 new countries I visited last year! 💅
